A BIG POST ONCE AGAIN!

ALL SMILES

I decided that I would try to get Daxen smiling because it makes my day when I go and get him in the morning and the first thing he does is SMILE at me! These are some of the pictures I got of him smiling and LOVE THEM:) I think he is the cutest thing ever!!

This picture is my favorite! He was so Happy and I got it just at the right moment:) I don't know what the deal is with his mouth but he sure does love it open most of the time!!

LOOKING GOOD:)

Just snuggling up with my blanket!!

CHUCK-E-CHEESE! Amy and Jason took me with them to Chuck-E-Cheese after their boys swimming lessons! It was so much fun just hanging out and not being at home!! Daxen didn't like it much but what can you do when you are only 2 1/2 months old!!
He didn't like the truck at all as you can see!

Amy, Carter, Daxen and Me!!
Thanks Amy and Jason for taking us it was so much fun:)

CRAFTS!!
Thanks again to my sister-in-law AMY who never gets bored of me and lets me come over to her house and do some crafts since my house is a little bare! These are some of the things that I worked on at Amy's house that I know have hanging in my house! They are so much fun but a lot of work! Amy made this first one for me! I LOVE IT! I hand painted everything else!

FIRE

Today is Sunday! Stevie and I went to church at 8:30 in the morning came home and had lasagna for dinner. After that we had a tough game of monopoly, which I lost by the way! I was kickin his butt at the beginning but then ended up losing everything!(I threw a little tantrum messing up the board and throwing the money on the ground) okay not that bad. After the game we enjoyed watching funniest home videos(my husbands favorite thing and only thing to watch on Sunday, he loves it) After that I started cutting out some things that I colored for Daxen so he can have things to play with in church when he gets older. While Stevie was on the computer trying to find the bus schedule so we don't have to pay for gas when he travels to school and work. All of a sudden he screamed "BABE GET OVER HERE QUICK" I was like honey hang on let me finish cutting this out. "BABE NO HURRY" I went over as quickly as my little body would let me. He said "BEND DOWN,CAN YOU SMELL SOMETHING BURNING?" I said yes and we continued to look for the source of the FIRE SMELL. He believed that something was going on with the computer and possibly burning a hole through the wood floor. I continued to watch him sniff, sniff around the computer to find where this questionable smell was coming from. I then turned my head to look outside and what did I see SMOKE!!:) The people below us were having a barbecue and just started up the grill!

A day with the cousins

Dawson loved to have his little brother carter ride on top of his shoulders.

We had the opportunity to babysitt Carter and Dawson while Amy and Jason went to the temple! It was a fun day. We just returned from McDonalds and decided to go on a walk! Dawson's car battery died half way through the walk so Stevie ended up walking with Dawson on his shoulders while dragging the car all the way home! Carter and Daxen got to ride in the two man stroller:) The whole time Carter was touching Daxen holding his hand and playing with him it was so CUTE!!

This is just a fun picture!!

A BIG UPDATE!!

I have a lot of pictures to post because my computer at homes doesn't let me put my card in and we are at my mom's this weekend so I thought I would do them while I was here! This is the first time that we used this towell for Daxen and Stevie says that he looks like he is a part of the KKK.

Daxen also is doing very well in his crib. We moved him in there after we moved up to Provo and he has done amazing. He is now sleep until 8:00-8:30 in the morning, which is very nice.

Labor day weekend my mom and brother came up and we went bowling at Fat Cats. It was so much fun! Then we went and played laser tag but I forgot to take my camera so I didn't get any pictures of that! It was a lot of fun and I am glad that we were able to do something that weekend! Labor day was pretty cold so we decided to put Daxen in his first beany! He looked so cute and didn't mind it at all!
This is Stevie entering the backyard. He looks a little nervous!
I don't think even Daxen likes him and he doesn't even know what is going on:)
We were invited to my nephew's birthday party on Sep 5! He loves Mickey Mouse so that was the theme of the party! My husband was so kind and generous and played the part of Mickey Mouse. He did such a good job even though half of the time his head wasn't on straight. He really didn't want to do it but I am glad that he did because the kids loved him(well most of them anyways)! The ones with the mickey mouse ears is my nephew Dawson. I got video when Stevie first came out in the costume! Some kids love him and other kids not so much! Stevie of course thought it was funny to chase the kids who were afraid of him!

Who does he look like more? Stevie or Me?

A Relaxing Day....I THINK NOT!!

This is a pretty long story but well worth it:)

It started out just like any normal day. Daxen woke up around 8:30 I fed him and then went to do my school work online. He usually is a very good baby and just sits in his bouncer right next to me. But today he was just not having it. He just wanted to be held the entire time. So I am trying to hold him and type at the same time! This is when multi-tasking comes in handy. He usually falls asleep around 10:00 but today he was going to forgo the napping! I finally got him to sleep and put him down in his crib but to my suprise what did I hear in the next 5 minutes, CRYING! I did not know what was going on. Thinking like a new mom I thought he may be sick so I took his tempature(totally normal). Nothing I would do would satisfy him. Then around 2:00 I got ready to leave because I lost my debit card and the last place I used it was at the distribution center. I got in the car and noticed the gas tank was almost empty. I didn't have my debit card to go get gas so I left anyways. BIG MISTAKE. By the time I was going home from the distribution center it was completely on empty. I knew Stevie always parked in the student parking lot where you didn't have to pay so I went there looking for his car because he should have been getting out of his class soon. I went up and down every row looking for his car but could I find it, NOPE. By this time I was in tears (Oh did I mention my phone is with my mom who has my purse with my drivers license in it in Price). I said to myself lets see how far I can make it back home, then thinking to myself I dont' have a phone to call anyone and ugh it was just not looking good. Then with a little prayer in my heart I said Please let me find Stevie (mind you that I was crying pretty hard by this time) If you have ever been to UVU there is that little round about. Well when I was going around it Stevie had just pulled up to enter. I pointed at him and said follow, he was very confused on what I was doing but did as he was told. We pulled up to the gas station across the street and I just began crying to him and he of course comforted me and said it would be okay. He gave me a card to fill up my car and to my suprise wasn't his it was my debit card! WAHOO! Two tender mercy's in a row! Then we came home and he went to work. Well you think that it the end of it, just wait! Daxen and I went to wal-mart to get some things that we needed at the house! That went just fine until we returned home. I went on the computer to finish up some of my homework that I had been working on earlier that morning. When all of a sudden I got light headed and dizzy. I go into the kitchen to eat something but that didn't work out, two seconds later I was in the bathroom throwing up. This came to my suprise because I just didn't know why. After that Daxen was hungry so I fed him but while feeding him I had the same feeling and was on my way to the bathroom again. I set him down on the couch and when I came back I noticed he had spit up a little so I was cleaning him off. I picked him up to see if it had got anywhere else and you can't even imagine. It was all down his back in his hair, EVERYWHERE! The poor kid had been crying the whole time while I was throwing up "MOM HELP." I hurry and gave him a bath, just in time to finish dinner and have Stevie come home! What a great experience the day was!
