FAMILY, ANIMALS, AND A FIRE

We had a great weekend at Grandma & Grandpa Streams. Tiffany and Brityn were able to come and visit for a girls weekend. We were able to see TONS of Animals and Daxen loved every minute of it. All the kids had a blast everywhere we went. We also were able to play outside when it wasn't raining on us and Papa Stream built us a fire where we made us some smores.

We first were able to go and see pigs. I had NO IDEA how big they could get but they are HUGE. The kids loved it, especially the baby pigs.

I love this picture. These three boys go hand in hand. They like to follow one another and do the same things. They are all close in age so they have a lot of fun together. The best part is they all love their PAPA. When one starts yelling PAPA they all start yelling PAPA. They all want to be right next to him, holding his hands or being on his shoulders. They are little lemmings as Stevie would say.

We then went to see pygmy goats. They kids were able to feed them. Bella the one that let us feed her the most is the one in the pictures with Daxen. He loved it and and kept saying her name to get her to come and eat the food out of his hand.

Then the kids went and rode a horse. Daxen did not want to get off. He kept getting confused on whether or not it was a cow or a horse so he said both!

Then the kids went to see a baby lamb. They were able to feed it and pet it. Daxen followed suit from his older cousin Dace who climbed up on the fence to look over at the lamb.



We came home and went outside by the fire. It did however start raining on us again but we got through it. The smores as always were amazing. Daxen's had a little dirt because he couldn't control the stick.We did end up giving him a new one. :)



Needless to say the weekend was a blast and we are glad that we were able to spend time with Tiffany and Brityn.

WHAT A DAY, WHAT A WEEK

This past week has been very busy and fun. We first were able to go to the Wave Pool. Stevie didn't have a lot to do with work so we decided to go. Daxen wasn't for sure if he liked the water or not but he did end up loving it and being in the tube with Dad and Ry Ry.(This is what Daxen's calls him)

We celebrated Mother's Day at my mom's house on Saturday. My family being a fan of the minute to win it game show we decided to play some of the games that they play on the show.
The first game is blowing the ping pong balls from one cup to the next. The pictures turned out pretty good and we had some good laughs about those who did not have a strong enough blow to even make them move.












The next required vaseline and cotton balls. You have to put vaseline on your nose and then dip your head in the bowl and shake off the cotton ball into another bowl.
My dad looks like he has a big SNOT BALL! haha...gross



The next game uses poker chips and four bowls. They use m&m's on the game but we didn't want to make a mess. You have to place all colors of the poker chips in the bowls in order. You can choose which way you start but if you put the wrong color in the bowl you are out. BLUE, RED, GREEN, WHITE is the order. You have to continue the order and do one at a time without placing the wrong color chip into another bowl.


Oh ya...and I got a hair cut. I love it!! It is something very new because I have had my hair the same way FOREVER!!
