Our Little Guy is 2

Blogging has been the last thing to do for me lately. With us moving back to Price things have been crazy, oh and if you didn't know we are back in PRICE!! :) It was a quite a last minute thing and we wanted to be moved out as soon as possible! We are loving being close to family and have finally got (almost) everything put into its place. But other than that our little boy Daxen turned two on June 25. He is getting so big and we love everything about him. We went out and took his 2 year old pictures and he did really good considering all he wanted to do was play on the slides. I promised him over and over again if he was just take one last picture we would let him play over there:) Some things about Daxen:
1. He loves playing with cars, any type of cars, he takes them and lines them up and then when he is done lining them up there he takes them to another part of the house and starts all over again.
2. His Dad is his favorite person in the world.
3. He is talking a lot more and our favorite thing to do is have him say the prayer for us.
4. He is 32 1/2 inches tall and weighs 23lbs. Percentile 13th for height and 6th for weight. Short and Skinny.
5. Daxen loves being at either grandparents house. He is always asking to call Nana, Papa(Both g-pas are called Papa), and Grandma!
6. His favorite thing for breakfast is PANCAKES. He asks us right when he wakes up, pancake mom, pancake mom.
7. He loves being outside and would stay there all day long if we let him.
8. He loves playing with animals and is very happy that we have two cats that now live next door to us, so he sees them whenever we leave.
9. His favorite movies right now are cars, monsters inc, and the bee movie. I am not why he likes the last one so much but he loves it.
We love our little boy and he is growing up way too fast. We enjoy every minute with him and love that we can start doing more things with him! We love you Daxen and are so grateful to have you in our lives.

The Next Best Singer.....

When I clean or do laundry I always am listening to music and singing. I taught Daxen to use a microphone (pretend things that could be a microphone) for singing. He is so cute and yesterday he decided to really just sing with the song. The first video he really isn't singing but just being loud because the song is loud. But it still is singing to me. The next video he does a little better at getting some of the words out! He is so cute, and I love being home with him and capturing these moments on video:)

A fun night of sword fighting and exercising

This is what we decided to do tonight. Daxen is getting so big and doing a lot more things. He loves playing with his Dad and doing everything he does. He is the cutest when it comes to working out with us. He does push ups, runs in place, stretches, kicks, and a lot more. He is the best boy and such a joy to have in our lives. There is never a boring moment with him, he is always doing new things and making us laugh. Hope you enjoy it! :)

Ryan's Last Day & Lake Powell Trip

This last Sunday we were able to spend time with Ryan before he left on his mission. He is leaving today and we will miss him. Papa Doug read a story about a young boy who grew up to be a missionary. After that we played pin the tie on Uncle Ryan. Nana Kaye then gave each of the boys a pictures of them and Uncle Ryan, along with the a countdown for his mission. She gave them a box to start putting money in for their own mission as well. It was a great day and we enjoyed being able to spend it with Ryan.

The Lake Powell trip was a blast. We loved every minute of it and enjoyed our time being together.

Stevie wants me to put "can you guess what I am saying" well I didn't say what you think I said but it was FREEZING and I really didn't want to get in the water.
