F.H.E EASTER

For FHE tonight we decided to color eggs. My Dads key instructions on how to boil the eggs was a success! Although he said he wouldn't take credit for it if it didn't work. Daxen loved it. The shirt at the first swiftly came off for a boy who dropped the egg into the bowl and splashed dye everywhere. He is so much fun and I love that he can do these types of activities with us! He loved the blue dye so more than half of the eggs at least had one, two, three, or four baths in the dye. I love his facial expressions and how he is trying to be so independent. We love him and we had tons of fun!

What he does every time he hears the CHOO, CHOO coming. That is what Daxen calls it.

My birthday was AMAZING. Stevie did such a good job at planning the entire day for just the two of us. Thanks again Mom and Dad on both sides for watching Daxen you are the BEST! Our first stop was the church history museum. I had never been there and it was really neat to see everything. My favorite section was where they had all of the presidents of the church from Joseph Smith to Gordon B. Hinckley. We decided to take a picture behind the pulpit. I might have needed a step stool :) That thing is a lot bigger than I thought. We then went shopping a little and then went to Alice in Wonderland 3D. It was a good show, weird, but good. Then we wanted to end up at Tucanos restaurant that night but it was and hour and a half wait so we ended up going to TGI Fridays. (Bummer part about it Tucanos called our phone only a half hour later, but we had already ordered our food). I guess we will just have to wait until Stevie's Birthday!

Ever wonder what they look at. Well here it is!!

My Son

When Stevie comes home from work he will always say "MY SON" and give Daxen a hug. Daxen started repeating him yesterday. Now we can ask Daxen, what does Dad say, and he will say "MY SON" with a little twist of Daxen talk.

BABY FACE NELSON

Daxen is trying to figure out how to use his gun. He only has strength enough to use his thumb and well also his mouth puts forth the effort to get that trigger to move. He makes us laugh every day and we enjoy every minute of it! (BABY FACE NELSON...Can anyone name the movie, it is one of mine and Stevie's favorite.)

Also. This just happened. We think Daxen is confusing his butt with poop. Here goes the scenario.

Daxen fell on his butt and looked at Stevie and said "OWW...MY POOP!"

The Latest And Greatest

Daxen has become a crazy little man and is learning new things every day. Here is what has happened over the last few weeks.

Daxen finding a very good hiding place at Nana's and Papa's.

Daxen and Great Grandma Neeley. We don't have a lot of pictures of Daxen with her so we decided to take one the day we were there!:) We love Grandma Neeley!

Wanting to go with Ryan on his mission. He kept getting in and out of them.

When I was at my mom's house this past week Daxen decided to try and climb the piano bench where he found that it wasn't so easy. Poor thing. He would only go to Uncle Ryan to make him feel better.

See anything wrong with the door?

Something is stuck in the door.

His Green Tie
His pink tie

And a wet wipe

The Culprit. (Just if you were wondering the hole was made before we moved in)
Daxen decided that he needed to get all of my shoes out in order to pick the best one for him!
This was his pick. A brown high heel with a white Sneaker.

We went to the park this last Saturday and Daxen learned how to climb all by himself. It was sad to see that he is growing up and learning new things.
We also went bowling last week. Daxen loved it and would yell GO GO GO at his ball and the other flying by in the other lanes.
Dawson, Carter, and Daxen racing at the hospital. They had to be in the waiting room because they couldn't see the baby.
Kamron Michael Rasmussen was born Feb 26 and 1:49 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs 2 oz and was 20.5 inches long. He is so cute and has the RED hair. Here are a few pictures of the night before and of Kamron.
I could not convince Chad that I would sleep on the floor and he could sleep on the bed that me and my mom were on. He woke up with pain in his entire body. At six o'clock he told me if you want to go back to sleep you get the floor:) Where I slept better than I did on the bed!

Proud Dad
Proud Mom
Cute little red haired boy!
